Gerry’s vast experience base in public accounting includes heading up his own practice as well as working as a controller for an industrial corporation and a trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. In 2003, he merged his practice with Wiseman, Leader, Adler and Bolnick.

Gerry has been a CPA for 40 years. Early in his career, he worked as a controller and then treasurer for Transco, Inc., an industrial corporation. Gerry then spent eight years working as a floor trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Returning to public accounting, Gerry worked as a partner in a small firm and then his own practice before joining Wiseman, Leader, Adler and Bolnick in 2003. He is a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society.
Gerry has served the Leukemia Research Foundation in many capacities – as executive vice president, treasurer, and president. For more than 20 years, Gerry has led a ski trip to Colorado where all the profits are donated to the Leukemia Research Foundation. Every year, more than $50,000 is raised.
Gerry, who enjoys playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren, is also a board member of Mundelein Main Street.
